This was over 56% savings. Again those savings you see on TLC's Extreme Couponing are inflated. While yes it is possible to get 80-90% savings usually its on a small number of items (I saved 100% on my Walmart trip). And to get the $500 total down to next to nothing you have to either stack multiple coupons, or buy an extreme amount of an item (I don't need 100 packs of toothpaste). I also purchased a lot of meat this week (the pork was $13 and the chicken $12 even with the instant savings), Dog Treats, & Household Items. Check out My Frugal Adventures Blog about Realistic Savings, I can't agree more with what she has to say.

Leave a comment and let me know what kind of saving you got this week.

Total Savings this Year: $503.00*
Since April 2011
