About Star Fighters: Rapid Fire combines the excitement of real-time dice rolling with tactical starship combat. Each player hops into the cockpit of their own starfighter and duels it out in a dog fight to prove who is the superior pilot. The game plays in multiple modes 1 vs 1, 3 player free-for-all, 2 vs 2, or a solo mode where a single starfighter attacks an orbital space station. In the real-time phase all players roll and re-roll their command dice simultaneously, and assign them to the various functions of their starfighter. When a player has fully charged systems and is ready to act they may end the real-time phase by hitting the big red button and yelling, “Fire!” This means all players must cease rolling and allocating dice and move to the tactical phase. Who wants some FREE Milk!?! You know you do ;) Well, if you’re a Commissary shopper, I have several FREE Milk Coupons to give away, courtesy of DECA (sent to me by Kevin – thank you)!

How did I get these coupons you ask? Did I swipe them from the shelves? No. Early last week, I visited the South Commissary at Bragg and had asked about the free milk promo. I asked the cashier, and I asked one of the managers. Neither one of them knew about it. So, because I had been in contact with Kevin previously regarding this promo, I emailed him again for clarification.

DECA not only apologized for the situation, but went further by giving me a huge box full of tons of Kellogg’s and Keebler products (plus coupons)! I wasn’t expecting any of that; I simply wanted the manager to know what was going on! It made me realize first hand that DECA wants to take care of their patrons, and not only make the situation right, but go above and beyond. They sure did in this case (literally) :) By the way, the Keebler Jumbo Mint Fudge Sticks are deee-vine!
