About Star Fighters: Rapid Fire combines the excitement of real-time dice rolling with tactical starship combat. Each player hops into the cockpit of their own starfighter and duels it out in a dog fight to prove who is the superior pilot. The game plays in multiple modes 1 vs 1, 3 player free-for-all, 2 vs 2, or a solo mode where a single starfighter attacks an orbital space station. In the real-time phase all players roll and re-roll their command dice simultaneously, and assign them to the various functions of their starfighter. Commissary Coupon Policy Update Aimed at Extreme Couponers

Wow … couple of changes at the Commissary lately. First, the Commissary Overage on a Gift Card, and now, a policy change in regards to how many coupons you can use and how many items you can buy! Basically, they are cracking down on couponers who are “abusing” the system. While those who are solely using coupons and making excessive special order requests for the good, I guess there were some bad apples in the bunch that the Commissary wanted to add to the policy the following:

Suspected Privilege Abuse:

1. Buying large amounts of cigarettes/tobacco products. Should not exceed 1 case or 30 units.

2. Buying excessive quantities of an individual item. Quantities could be considered excessive when a customer special orders and/or purchases more than 3 cases or 36 units of an individual item.

3. Excessive number of large orders/transactions on a frequent basis. This would include frequent orders/transactions of an individual item which give the appearance of an attempt to stay below the threshold identified in #1 &#2.

4. Buying excessive quantities of an individual item with coupons that exceed the value of the product.
