Yummmmy! I absolutely love cheesecake, so when I saw this recipe on the Kraft website, I knew I had to share – how cute is this!?! Here’s how to make it, and some coupons to help save you a little bit of money in the process  Coupons: * $1.50/2 Planters Peanuts (1/29 SS)
* $0.50/1 Planters Nuts (Commissary Tearpad)
* $3/3 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Future Savings) printable
* $1/4 Jell-O Gelatin Mix and Philadelphia Cream Cheese printable
* $0.75/2 Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, exp. 5/31/12 (Kraft 20 Top Seasonal Recipes For 2012)
* $0.75/1 Breakstone’s or Knudsen’s Sour Cream, exp. 5/31/12 (Kraft 20 Top Seasonal Recipes For 2012)
* $0.75/1 Land O Lakes Eggs printable
* $0.55/1 any package or tub of Challenge Butter Ingredients: * 1-1/2 cups finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
* 2 Tbsp. sugar
* 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
* 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
* 1 cup sugar
* 3 Tbsp. flour
* 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
* 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey’s [make your own with this recipe.]
* 4 eggs Preparation: HEAT oven to 325°F. MIX nuts, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min. BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and flour in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and liqueur; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. BAKE 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours. To Get the Green Clover: Garnish the chilled cheesecake with green colored sugar just before serving. Or, sprinkle the green colored sugar over a clover-shaped template placed on top of chilled cheesecake; remove template to reveal the shamrock design. Substitute the Irish cream: Prepare cheesecake filling as directed, substituting 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water for the liqueur.
